SPOUSE PENSION
In the event of the death of a regular pensioner under the Coal Mines Pension Scheme, 1998, the eligible spouse whose name appears in the Revised Pension Payment Order (PPO) is required to submit Form K along with requisite documents prescribed in the SOP in the nearest branch of SBI who in turn, will forward the same to SBI Main Branch, Dhanbad (00066) for disbursement of widow/widower pension.

विधवा/विधुर पेंशन
कोयला खान पेंशन योजना, 1998 के अंतर्गत किसी नियमित पेंशनभोगी की मृत्यु होने की स्थिति में, संशोधित पेंशन भुगतान आदेश (PPO) में उल्लिखित पात्र पति/पत्नी को SOP में निर्धारित आवश्यक दस्तावेजों सहित प्रपत्र-K निकटतम एसबीआई शाखा में जमा करना होगा। संबंधित शाखा उक्त आवेदन को विधवा/विधुर पेंशन के भुगतान हेतु एसबीआई मुख्य शाखा, धनबाद (00066) को अग्रेषित करेगी।
