All the officers dealing with PF and Pension matters have been instructed to regularly meet the members and attend to their grievances.
The Commissioner himself meets members everyday at any time, when he is in the headquarter.
The Organisation has organised a awareness programme namely "Mission Bishwas" at different collieries areas to create awareness among the workers to settle their refund cases in the month of the retirement of the member.
A senior officer at Headquarters at Dhanbad has been designated as Grievance Officer and he regularly attends to the different kinds of grievances.
